Central Trade Park, or CTP Invest is a Dutch commercial real estate development group that operates a network of dozens of logistics and industrial CTParks in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Poland, Serbia, and Ukraine. CTP is currently the market leader for storage facilities and industrial facilities. In total, CTP owns over 4.5 million m 2 of industrial and storage facilities spread over 80 strategic locations in eight European countries. Much of CTP's real estate is located in the Czech Republic. This makes the Group the largest owner of premium industrial real estate on the Czech market.
